Application:
1. Ampullary tumor
2. Duodenal papilla tumor
3. Bile duct cancer, especially choledochus cancer
4. Benign stricture of choledochus and common hepaticduct
5. Bile duct stricuture caused by chronic pancreatitis.
 
Contraindication:
1. Patient that have hemorrhagic diathesis, and the prothrombin time is below70%, couldn't be rectified after treatment.
2. Septicopyemia
3. Ascites
4. Terminal patient.
