Technical Data Sheet of Highway Guardrail To AASHTO M180 and JT/T 281-2007 W BEAMS The geometrical characteristics of galvanised corrugated sheet of two-waves (W) beams are conforming to AASHTO M180-00 (Type I: Zinc coated 550g/m2 minimum single spot); or Type II: Zinc coated 1100g/m2 minimum single spot) at buyer's option.) The effective length of beam section (one unit) is 3.81m, 4.0m or 3.2m with a thickness of Class A 2.67mm. or Class B 3,43mm thickness at buyer's option. The fittings i.e. bolt and nut shall conform to or exceed requirement of JT/T 281-2007 Standard, 8.8 class, which can substitute ASTM A307 and shall be hot dip zinc coated in accordance with the requirement of AASHTO M232, Class C. The guardrails will be supplied and delivered complete with bolted warning reflectors, steel, posts and metallic spacing device and bolts etc. POSTS AND BLOCKS Structural steel (Steel grade Q235) used for these components conforms to specification S235JR according to EN10025 standard. Hot-dip galvanized, they have a zinc coating according to AASHTO M232 and to UNI EN ISO 1461 standards.
